requirements:
The ideal candidate must have a passion for superior customer service
Should have at least 1 year experience in customer service or marketing field
Any professional qualification on marketing or customer care will be distinct advantage
Excellent oral listening & oral communication skills in English with superior telephone ethics are required
Exposure to modern, demanding office environment with sound knowledge of using MS Office package & Internet
Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase our products or services
Must keep up-to-date records of sales and schedule appointments with potential clients who wish to learn more about existing and/or new products and solutions
